Disable Start-Up programs in Windows 7

Startup Programs in my PC

Startup programs are those which runs automatically every time when windows is turned on. Some of the starup programs like antivirus are important and some may not be. These unwanted programs makes startup of windows slower.
How to disable startup programs in windows 7?

Step 1. Go to control panel.

Step 4. Now go to Start up tab, and uncheck unwanted programs and restart your computer.
